What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do l need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product warranty information.

What is your return policy?
1. All sales are final. No refunds are issued for change of mind.
2.Orders can only be returned for the following reasons;
a) The product(s) received by the customer are of incorrect specifications to that purchased, including but not limited to size, colour and brand.
b) The product(s) received by the customer are either damaged, broken or destroyed. Returns are accepted if and only if we deem the harm to be both extensive and of our own doing.
3. Given the fulfilment of s2(a) and/or s2(b), we will accept free returns within 14 days of purchase.
4. Customers can only exchange their purchase for reasons outlined in s(2). In addition, to ensure all products remain deadstock, exchanges will not be allowed if the authenticity sticker attached on all orders is damaged, torn or missing.
5. Exchanges are only allowed within 14 days of purchase.
6. Exchanges can only be made for products of the same specifications.
7. Whilst all orders are handled with the utmost love and care,End Archived is not responsible for any products delayed, lost or damaged during the shipping process. As all orders are covered by Australia Post warranty, we advise customers to, in the unlikely event of a lost parcel, seek compensation through https://auspost.com.au/help-and-support.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand. To change currencies, please clck on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website.
What do l do with delayed packages or lost items?
Whilst all orders are handled with the utmost love and care, End Archived is not responsible for any products delayed, lost or damaged during the shipping process.
As all orders are covered by Australia Post warranty, we advise customers to, in the unlikely event of a lost parcel, seek compensation through here.

You can create an account to track your orders and start a return process if you need to.
How do l reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
